you can answer the comments people make, like vickie brace did about Mouse & his water dish, by responding in the comment box below the photo. it will then appear just above vickies comment ....or a comment by whomever that you would like to respond to.

by the way ...Mr. Mouse has become such a photogenic little character! i love him! and you do such great job of catching his antics w your camera. oh, & he has beautiful markings too. i love cats .. :)) ...guess that's why i have five of them lollol!!

You're right about the kids/job etc. When l had my drapery business, l wore a lot of hats, salesperson, buyer, "boss", administration/payroll, always multi-tasking. Now retired, my mind hasn't hit lower gear yet, but l keep in my mind " this one thing l do, and do well"...keeps me from flitting about ,llol.

Mary, hope you can post the pic of Mouse sleeping in your arms.  Very cute, I am sure.  To friend someone, go to their page and click on add as friend on the left under their profile picture.  Merry Christmas to you...

Good morning Mary.  I finally got around to seeing the invite to swapping fun.  I joined, but not sure what swap I will try.  Thank you for thinking of me.  I read your comment about add.  I am sure I have it, our son has adhd.  My sister says she has add and her solution is to have a project in every room so when she gets there she will have something to do.

How is Mouse doing???

Talk about add....my favorite joke of the week is...

"Why, if l had a dollar for every time l got distracted, l'd...Oh look! Another quilt pattern !"

You see, l completely understand. l can't walk into a busy dept. store w/o feeling tired & drained from "concentrating" on the task at hand. I need to put on the mental "blinders", follow my list , and get out!

I think that is just our luck.  When we moved to the Seattle area we were told it hardly ever snowed.  That Thanksgiving we had several inches and were housebound for a few days.  Plus, we lived on a hill that was just enough higher that we had more snow than others.  However, it started to rain and was gone in less than a day.  Mouse sounds like a lot of fun...  I can just see him wiggling back and forth waiting to jump.

Good morning Mary.  This is my first online group too.  I do have a facebook account, but it isn't the same as this one.  I like this one so much better.  You are right the ladies are friendly, encouraging, and lots of fun comments and good advice.

Our pipes got fixed the other day.  What a mess it was, but could have been worse.  When the plumber was here he said he was at a house around the corner that had pvc pipes instead of copper and they froze then shattered.  They had water in a lot of the house, had to get someone out to clean up water on carpets and floors.

Hope you have a good day...

My daughter called Sunday she had to undo her quilt two times and sew on her blocks !

I listend to her and told her how many times I had to redo one strip on her sisters quilt.  Then she called back and was really happy it all went together.

"MR"s comment   "is't sewing and ripping out, part of quilting?"

merry Christmas
