the rogue quilter said… - diff to find used books by russian authors. the ones i have i bought new over the years. finances change..and i also am cheap..buy used and sell/buy used in my sci fi books. i have not seen a copy of 3ed corcle, tho am aware of it. maybe someday! have you ever read any of tolstoys short stories...they are great reads. see this is what bugged sergey the most...i tend to cling to my attraction to writers of pre & early soviet era. maybe tomorrow i will be able to do a little pc time & look for that link and send it to you. have a lot to do on pc that i have been putting off. i need to be outside to work before the heat of the day starts in. get on here and elsewhere for a bit during lunch or roo hor and need to take a break, & in evening sometimes before bed.
i don't know how to explain my life long love of all things russian..esp thier literarure and art. throughout that regions long history it has been peopled w the most interesting characters, dramas...amd the music!! so cool...then soooooo sad. they seem to be such a melancholy people. but the ones that i have met in my professional life and in social life are gay, irreverant, and funny as all ****!!
