"Hi, Linda and welcome. I had to comment when I saw where you are from . . . I was born and raised inn Boonville, MO . . . my parents were married in Sedalia! I recently had the
good fortune to meet Judith Baker Montano, a premier…"
I LOVE star quilts and crazy quilts. My mom made crazy quilts, log cabins and nine patches. I want to learn more and get acquainted with quilters so I can learn more. I cross stitch and embroider but I want to quilt too.
How many quilts have you made?
I have three unfinished.
Do you want to make quilts, or simply enjoy them?
How long have you been a quilter?
I am just learning. My mom quilted. I lost her in 2004.
What is your favorite quilting technique?
I'm still too new to have an opinion.
Why do you quilt?
I want to do what my mom did. I want to hang beauty on my walls.
I'm working on table runners and table toppers to sell on etsy. I sold a few table runners a few weeks ago, so I thought I'd make some more to sell. I was doing pretty well until I got sick a few weeks ago. Just one of those bad colds that likes to drag on and on. So I've not really been in much of a quilting mood. I need to get going though because it's already November!
