- Tell us about yourself
- I grew up with a mother who loved quilting and taught me how to quilt. I did some quilting before I was married but after I got married I started quilting with much passion... Then came my family of eight children and sewing had to take a back seat! Now that my youngest is close to 7 I am starting to enjoy doing more quilting projects again!

Happy birthday, Kay! I hope you have a wonderful day!
I'm Bridget and I live in Seaside, Oregon. I joined this site at the end of April and now that I've found my way around I'm having a lot of fun meeting people. I'm in a small town without any guilds, groups or classes, so I've felt like I've been missing out. But it helps being here; everyone I've met has been so friendly and helpful.
I hope you'll post photos of some of your quilts. Looking at all of the wonderful quilts is one of my favorite things to do here.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and happy birthday!
