Tell us about yourself—as much or as little as you like.
I am a tired Realtor. Mother of three, grandmother of six and great grandmother of one with another on the way. I keep very active. Love to garden, fish, swim, boating, travel throughout U.S.A.. Wanted to learn how to quilt, did not know how to thread a needle or use any sewing machine. My daughter had been given this old machine that was given to her by her mother-in-law which had been used by her mother-in-law. I took it to a repair place and with somewhat of a shy apology asked him if he could explain to me how this thing worked and how to wind a bobbin as well as thread a needle. Thank you all for giving me such encouragement. That was back in 1995. The rest is now history.
How many quilts have you made?
many - perhaps 40
Do you want to make quilts, or simply enjoy them?
How long have you been a quilter?
