Hi I'm Fay, I'm 24 years old and from Scotland,UK. I initially got into quilting when i had my little boy as i wanted to make him a memory quilt and also leave something behind that he would have forever :) however quilting has also been a journey for me and as i think on all the good bits (matched up points) and the bad bits (mis-attached bindings) i realize its also my therapy. Its challenging and exciting and i love it. I am in the process of getting ready to quilt my first charity quilt (which will also be the largest) Ive completed the top I'm just trying to pluck up the courage to put it under my machine :)

I enjoy learning new things but i havent found a fav quite yet.
Why do you quilt?
I quilt because it makes me happy, is challenging and hopefully brings joy to others to have a gift that is handmade and thoughtful :)
