Hi Barbara, A quilting friend introduced me to the "Elm Creek" series by Jennifer Chiaverini which I found very enjoyable. There are quite a few sequels. It is all about quilters. I couldn't wait to get the next book in the series from the library and would find I was neglecting my home chores to finish the book hehe!!! I'm new to this site so hope I haven't butt in. - Iv'e enjoyed creative arts and sewing since I can remember. I started my quilting journey in 2000 I enjoy making small managable art quilts using embellishments to enhance my pieces. I sometimes feel intimidated when faced with large quilt to quilt but have managed to do a few. Thus I prefer smaller pieces much easier and not so bulky. I love sharing ideas with other quilters and crafters in my area

- 12 Large ones and many small pieces not sure how many

- Yes and I do enjoy looking at them

- About 12 years

- Applique and Textile mixed media

- I find it very theroputic because I enjoy sewing it creates so many possibilities for creativity.
