How's that Janome working out for you, Deborah? I know the little Singer is great for piecing. I love how my Janome does fmq. as well as applique, can't get enough of those fancy stitches, lol.

Hope you have a nice Easter, hopefully with family.

Family must come first, Deborah. There's always going to be more projects to make than we can ever find time to make. Maybe it's time to make a lap quilt for your mom? It needn't be fancy, just made with love. Once you get back to sewing, l know you'll keep going :-))

Î 'm honored to accept, Deborah ( or do you prefer Debbie or Deb?). My grandkids keep me busy w/clothing projects as well, Hallowe'en costumes, repaîrs to playclothes, and my grandson with Aaspbergers will only wear the " pullover" fleece layered winter coats l make him with no buttons, zips, or velcro.

End of Frustration!

Posted on October 23, 2016 at 11:53am 1 Comment

I the winter is coming upon us, I pretty much achieved a goal... I cleaned out my basement and organized nearly everything!  Nearly organized enough to buy a different house... Plastic containers are my friends... it's been hard work, but now Im at the end of this haul....

I made a few dresses this summer, and a tunic... now I want to start on a wall hanging.  I am hoping all my planning will make for smooth transitions so I can continue on my path!

Looking forward to a more…
