Comment by Kate Beebe on August 29, 2012 at 1:38am I've not seen one in person, but did watch on the old "Simply quilts" show a gal demonstrate her version where she made strip sets and used a template to cut the curve out of the strip set...this may have been done in a similar manner but with a crazy patchwork of fabrics instead of just strips.
Comment by carla j walton on August 28, 2012 at 10:43pm i actually bought this beautiful wedding ring quilt from an antique shop. some poor soul had no idea what they had. it is done all by hand and quilted by hand. i have a question. has anyone ever seen a wedding ring quilt that is actually STRIP pieced or paper peiced? this one does not have the normal sectioned peices that a person normally would see. it was probably paper peiced.
