I bought one of these when I was at the Sisters Oregon Quilt show last year and I tell you having a cold band around my neck on a hot day was wonderful. So even though it has taken me a year I found directions to make these online and then I found the polymer crystals, and sewed one up. Let me tell you they are a blessing on a hot day!
