wow!!! just wow....that is all.
5408 small 1 inch triangles
I never saw it until you mentioned it to me though. Have you seen those creepy pictures out on the Internet that say once you see it you can't un see it ever? The one picture drove me nuts trying to find the anomaly It was a living room with curtains and a sofa and pillows and stuff. I like doing those find a pic things where you compare pictures to find what's changed in them... Well I finally zoned in enough to SEE the thing. Gees it was a creepy clown face behind a pillow in the shaded area. It had one of those soul sucking looks about it. But I thought the "heart" shape was doable.
yep you found it, it's not a heart it's just that one little strip of tris turned the wrong way'
There's one little block where the tryangles go the wrong way, see if you can find it. I didn't see it until it was hung up for this pic . Now I know for sure we are not perfect . LOL
I am so impressed with this quilt and the size of the pieces. Brava!
These are 4 inch blocks, and a lot of them, I resorted to my red collection for the 1 inch triangles. so 26 times 26= 676 blocks, which means this quilt 104 X 104. There are 5408 triangles, Now tell me am I nuts or what? LOL
HOw large were those last units? The ones with the red triangles? This quilt is fabulous and it looks like those units are much smaller than I originally thought they were. This is such a cool design. I have never seen it before.
