We.ve had the same. If it wasn't that we have 2 water systems , I wouldn't have been able to keep up the flower & veggie gardens. The lawn is toast. But I always got out early, had my coffee, & did some stitching, 'cause once Oct. hits, it'll be too cool.

Lovely. We have not even been able to enjoy our outside screened patio because of our heat and drought this summer. We had a beautiful spring, but summer has been a scorcher. I enjoy my cool basement work area. :)

what a lovely spot to sit & stitch. this is such a good idea, i will post pic nevpxt time i am out sitting & ...whatever...tho it usually to read, & just listen. so peaceful, my favorite escape.
