Cindy"s chain

Originally Jack"s chain. I guess I just see it a little different. Great pattern. There are 195 nine patch blocks and no 2 are the same color combo. There are 52 different batiks and a lot of scraps from the stash.

BEAUTIFUL!! Great job piecing! LOVE IT!

This is the Jack's chain quilt I am doing. If you laid  this one next to yours they really don't look alike much. They both have colored triangles and a large hexie but mine is much more plain and traditional looking.

Love it! Reminds me of a stained glass window.

Theres no extra pieces to this quilt Kathi, it's just a matter of color changes and positions o color that make it look different, you're gonna have the same piecing as I did .

I do see the original in the picture. I have it started and waiting for me to find it again... I'm doing the traditional one. I don't think I could handle all the extra pieces here. I've been working on a couple of hexie projects. Still need to sash my 2 Dear Jane's. I also have a hexie sunflower pillow almost ready to quilt. Still trying to make the challenge blocks for Pat Slones Grandmothers Kitchen quilt. I've also got three new tops in various stages of assembly. I know it sounds nuts but my husband has been overseas for almost 3 weeks and I do what I want to when he's gone. Mostly I sew and quilt :-D

This is gorgeous, Cindy! I am sure there is a method to putting all of this together with the colors in the right places, but it still looks mind boggling to me!
