Thanks Pat! My applique is cut from fabric backed in "Ultrabond" and then pressed onto my quilt.  I then will quilt/embrodery, etc. to give it texture.

Jeanie,I looked at all your photos on your home page,love your work.On the birds were they all hand appliqued? If so they're quite amazing.
