An interesting problem came to my attention an a swap discussion.  I live in Canada and sending return postage is an issue.  I can't buy US stamps here, and I don't think Canadian stamps are accepted there so any ideas?

Welcome to all our new members and Happy New Year!  We have a lot of fun in here and win some really great prizes.  Our first event of the new year will be a FIUP Challenge.  Check out the guidelines under our group's pages.

Connie the Advent calendar is terrific & I'm happy that you posted it here. I think we all like to see what everyone is working on.

Garnie thanks for the link. I think I may try a few of these.

Yay!  I've finally had a chance to get a photo of the Advent Calendar Quilts I made.  They've been done for awhile, but I hadn't gotten the labels on yet.  Tonight I put the labels on and took a photo.  It's a little blurry, but here it is; both quilts are the same:

Oh, Suzanne I am so happy for you but sad that the shop had to close.

Looking forward to the next stitching bee. I did get a little wallhanging done today and my house is decorated with only a couple of storage containerrs to get back down to the basement. I feel like I have accomplished something anyway.

The Harmony handbag from Studio Kat designs.  And you can see just a little bit of the insert.
