Touching base here.  Been super busy and so occupied with life, that not much time to have fun.  One of my fun times was this little lady winning a Best of Show at the fair.  Yeah, I do some things other than quilt.

Really nice scrappy quilt!  Your quilting is so excellent!

I just finished #18 for the Rest & Refreshing Quilt.  Next 2 weeks are finishing instructions.  I'm sure it will take me longer because the 2nd border is a large pieced one.

Our QOV is in trouble maybe if enough volunteers don't show up to take the place of those that have "volunteer fatigue".

This is beautiful Riana.  Love your quilting.

Here's my latest scrappy finished. I used strings and bits of drapery lining scraps that were too small for cusions or embroidery projects. My supply of drapery lining bits is now nearly gone. My string bin, though way lower, is not quite empty yet...and l keep adding to it as l trim ends and sew blocks, lol.

Hi everyone.  My daughter is out of the hospital and doing better.  She is still tired, but the pain is subsiding and she is on the mend.  She had Ecoli poisoning and that help contribute to the kidney infection.  They say it is the bacterial Ecoli and not the real severe strain.  She did not need any blood transfusion.  Thank you so much for your prayers.

Is it too late to join this? I've been avoiding buying fabric for the last year and a half and have been living on scraps and UFOs. I did have to buy some fabric for sashing though...

I have been working on my quilts while watching T.V. and I'll soon have something finished to share with you.
