My daughter decided to make a themed quilt for this Friday, May the 4th.  Yes it is Star Wars, "May the Force Be With You" day.

Does anyone here have a Side Winder they would like to sell or trade?

Wonderful Elizabeth!

Beth, you do a wonderful job keeping up with us all.

I am happy to see everyone is still here and sewing right along.

That is an eye opener.

Ok, everyone, a few minutes ago I realized that I get the "dummy award" for this month. I follow My Quilt Place in my email and had gotten no messages since mid-March so therefore thought there had been no post from any of you.  Wellll somehow they were all in my Spam.  OOOOPS!   lol

Hi Gayle,

I report in faithfully when I finish a UFO.  I am now sewing the binding on my 7th UFO for 2018.

I work with scraps constantly.  I keep and use every piece 1 1/2" and bigger.  I make crumb quilts and pieced 12 1/2" squares for backings.  I also am given lots of scraps and I buy pieces for my stash from QOV if donated pieces are not suitable for QOV quilts.  So I am UFO, Scrap and Stash Busting all the time.

I also am starting www.piecingthepastquilts.com Signs of Spring Quilt this month.  I am into the Gnomes but not the Boo quilt.  And I love Sindy's Chicken quilt.

Oh I hope not Gayle.  I believe we had a couple reported again in the scrap busting.  Then I do need to catch up the stash busted.  As for UFOs, no one has posted much so I have not kept up on that.  If you do finish one, be glad to see it.  As for the Gnomes and Boo quilts, they are a challenge in themselves trying to be sure to keep up each month.

Not sure if you have seen these, but they are cute.  I love Star Wars so they fit right in with me.
