If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

THE first pair of socks.

The safety pins show the required repeats.

This is as scary as competing a quilt.  Hope they pass review.

Yes, this is all one ball of yarn.

Miss Rogue too! Sending prayers her way.

Mary sorry I missed you! My heart is leading me to Grass Valley, so hopefully I'll be living there before too long. How far is San Juan from there? Talked to the realtor this morning and said we have to make it happen. She's calling my daughter-in-law and I Ruth and Naomi. Got all the paperwork to get pre-approved for the home loan. The 2 loan officers I talked to were very positive since I'm selling a house here.

Riana, I just love your orphan quilt! Some of those blocks remind me of your wwwwrr quilt.

Finished! This one spent a long time on the design wall, getting rearranged as l found more orphans , parts and bits of blocks to add...then l made new parts, mostly applique & fussy cuts to blend in.

Mary...sock it to me! ( Were any of you " Hee haw" fans? Lol!)

Linda sounds like your grandd takes after you:-)) Good luck trying to downsize all your household gadgets maybe, books and knicknacks as well , but not the sewing gear!

Welcome Dr. David ~ we all have well intentioned UFOs .. we have made lists, marked the PIZLB (projects in Ziploc bags) and watched them replicate all by themselves .. honest!  I am stuck on baby quilts this season as they started the end of January and I am trying to finish up ones that are long overdue as well.

Today I have a finish ~ 3rd girl's quilt went to the quilter yesterday, along with one of the twins' cabins .. yay me ! I also have grandgirl's bound, binding is ready for #2 and #3.  I had cut up a queen batt for all the baby quilts, and the last piece I thought looked like it would fit ne the cabin quilts, and it did!  So as a reward for the hard work I have done on the 3 girls quilts, today I am making a dress for ME .. got the top yoke almost complete, have to put a facing on the neck and add it to the bottom, and then there is hem .. dusting off the brain cells to recall all of this since I haven't done much since my Mom died in 1989 .. however, this also makes a good report for stashbusting at the moment :)  Sorry I haven't uploaded picx .. want to get all three on the wall as I will have to mail them before my trip to NC the 1st of August.

Welcome back Linda !!

Thank you Gail and Mary.  Today I am working on my quilt scrapbook.  I'm a little behind.

I'm back from California! I sure don't want to be tho!! We got home 6:30 am this morning. Ugh! I don't think Indy wanted to come back either. He parked himself on a deck chair and didn't move until late last night when we had to leave for the airport. He only lifted his head at squirrels and watched them chasing! lol Had fun baking cookies and brownies with my grandchildren and even went on a few Pokemon runs...well they ran, I sat at a bookshop and/or donut shop! No way could I keep up!! Went to the Marin County Fair and had some yummy fair food. My granddaughter placed second in the art show in her age group. Took a couple road trips to Grass Valley and Petaluma.

I see we have a new member. Welcome Dr. David!

Karen, love your WOB. Hope to get back to mine but I'm putting my house on the market and going to be doing a lot of major downsizing so I can move back out west.

Riana and Elizabeth, awesome as always!!

If I missed anyone, I'm sorry...struggling to hold my eyes open. Haven't slept for 2 nights. Have tried taking a couple naps but neighbors keep knocking on the door.
