If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Thankyou, the sewist who pieced it made it so precise, it was a real pleasure to quilt. That was only my second attempt at using curved ruler ( for the border), and it came out MUCH better than my first on an isolette. Getting the hang of ruler work ,but still prefer the freemotion.

Riana, the quilting in your QOV quilt is spectacular!

Oh Riana, you machine quilted the QOV so splendidly!  I just sandwiched a QOV this morning and I will start quilting it, maybe, this afternoon.

Ginny, I named our group who meet Tues. and Thurs. mornings an Arts & Crafts group because members can do anything they want.  This morning I quilted and 2 of my friends coloured,  4 others just chatted.  I didn't want to call it a social group because then people come expecting coffee and munchies.  We supply whatever we want for ourselves.

Super Beautiful QOV Riana. Love the curves on the boarders and the echoed stars. So, so nice.

Dee, thanks. It would be nice to see you in action. 8 )

Fortunately, we have several talented quilters who not only piece the tops ( lap size) , but also quilt them.

Gail, l've been topstitching the Honor Flight veteran's quilts for our group here in Lady Lake. They local legion flies in 70 or so vets from across the country. They have a banquet, honors, outings, and are given their choice of quilt from the ones draped over tables around the room. We have received some very heartfelt letters of thanks.
