UFOs

If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Karen, love how the blocks form pinwheels at the intersections.

Thanks everyone!  It is coming along pretty well.  Had a really bad cold so am just getting to the mall to do my walking.  I can see the progress!  Looking forward to be limitless with my "bionic hips"!!

This quilt was done before surgery so it could be mailed for Christmas.  The block is called "army block".

Karen,  I have seen many amazing recoveries from your surgery.  Hang in there!

glad to know that Wilma. I know we can share progress and pics on Facebook too but I thought it would be fun to do it here to where we are more familiar with the quilters we have visited with for so long.

Hello Karen,

I hope that you will be feeling better soon.  I went through a hip replacement in 2012 and I can empathize - it takes a while.  In the meanwhile you are doing beautiful work!  Your table runner is exquisite!

Happy New Year....I downloaded and printed the information for the applique quilt for CHRISTMAS 2018.  My close friend saw my post with the picture and loved it.  Perhaps a hint!

Karen, speedy recovery.  At least you acan keep busy with your applique...the runner is beautiful.
