If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

My UFO's screem at me also, when ever I go in my sewing room, Gail. "Pick me!! Pick me!!

I have been working on a Green Bay Packer Dragon Pillow for my son. The Table is wonderful. I could actually do some free motion. It kind of looks like scribbling but I have a better feel of my scribbles. ha ha!! It looks like scribbling cuz I used a light green thread on a light green fabric and I couldn't see what I scribled or where I was going. ha ha! I don't think Nate will even notice it. I can't see it myself. I have the hope of improving now that I have my table.

Tomorrow morning we're going to Madison. I have 2 tickets to visit Wisonsin Public Television where they produced the Sewing with Nancy program. They will have a video of her life and works and we can add something of what she meant to us. My hubby is going cuz they are serving coffee and cookies! ha ha!! Also cuz I don't like driving in Madison and so we can visit with his brother and wife after the event.

Love seeing what everyone is doing, especially what in finished.  I know at Christmas everyone is busy with gift making.  After the holidays it's back to the grindstone working on UFOs.  I am a hand quilter and have quite a few hanging in the closet waiting, and lots of blocks done wanting to be a quilt.  I can almost hear them yelling at me, "what about me."

I hope every one has a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season.

Hi Sue,

very nice hand bell bag!  I've never hear hand bells in person but I've seen them in concert on T.V.  Like Barbara, I'd like to play them too.

Sue, I love your hand bell bag. It is beautiful. I'm sure your director will love it. I have a set of hand bells but haven't used them for several years. I just might get them out again some day.

Hi Riana,

Your grand daughter is so beautiful!  And she likes all the animals you made her!

I now have made 5 microwavable bowls. 2 for my daughter and 2 for my grandson and his partner.  I kept the 1st one.  I've gotten so much better since I made that one.

I pressed the top of Stepping Stones 2 and I'm laying out pieces of batting to make a 60x70 piece.

Nice to hear of all your adventures in sewing projects for Christmas.

This must be your Granddaughter, Riana. She's a little darling.
