If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Carla, The quilt rather looks like a very stylish wedding cake.

Several of my local friends are using the uneasiness of the fire season to force themselves to de-clutter and prioritize what really matters.  I think it is Hubby and the animals...we have a list if we have time and room to load some sentimental stuff.

Please keep Zoe in your prayers as well. She is now living with her mom in Pensacola in the Florida panhandle. Her mom won't leave to go to Texas until the storm passes.

Carla, your quilt will make a wonderful wedding gift.

Carla, your quilt will be a lovely wedding gift!

Now that I have to do all Hubby's chores, I don't have much time to quilt.

Beautiful, Carla! Any accent color can now be used in the brdroom...a great choice for a wedding quilt.

Beautiful Carla, Neutral is more than likely the best way to go. It could go with almost any style the Bride would prefer. Great work.

well I have been working on something! I finally started my neutral log cabin for my nephew. I originally wanted to do it to match his bachelor bed made from wood palette's . so I collected grey and brown moda grunge's. I didn't like the darker mix of brown in it so I opted for all grey's and creams, tans....well now he is getting married and I don't know if he has the same bed frame...smh..oh well, this can be a wedding quilt now. ignore the junk on the sides...after all it is small and is my work

Riana, thinking of you as well....

Mary, we're in the exact center of Fla. And no one knows exactly what's going to happen because of tornado spin offs that occur after landfall. Right now, the storm is wider than the state of Florida. Our house may end up in Kansas...but we are safe here at home far north. My heart goes out to those whose sole residence and all their momentoes are in jeopardy along with their lives and those of their pets.
