If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Dee, if there' s only the 2 of you, there should be no problem w/ one bathroom. We raised a family of 3 with only one, and we survived, lol...we had only one bathroom in our last home as well. We lived there 14 yr. When we moved here to be closer to our 3 grandkids and their parents, we chose a house with enough bedrooms for sleepovers...the bonus was 2.5 baths, lol.

Zoe, maybe you could strip piece solids to make your own, if nothing' s available.   I' ve even embroidered stipes for small bits using zig zag st.

I can check for you Zoetc and see if I do.

I have a red alert!!!!  I am making my 50 states Row by Row 2016 quilt and I do not have Maryland or South Carolina.  I need a row from these two states to have all 50.  Any one know someone that has a row pattern?  Will gladly pay postage.  I have called a couple of shops, but none seem to be available.  I can call more, but thought maybe I could track one down.

Weather's back to a cool spring feel with bouts of rain.  More normal and be are down to tree pollen the only thing high at this time...feeling better!  What is it with the onset of air conditioning being the norm that our tolerance for open windows has decreased....definitely not an age thing....right?! LOL

Dee, I'd love to send you a whole vase full of lilacs If I could. I don't know a thing about plants. How would one send baby lilacs???

Zoe, I've been going through lots of scraps and have not come across anything with blue/brown or brown/red strips.  Sorry, wish I could help.

Does anyone on here have a 6" x6" very small print stripped fabric that would have like maybe blue/brown, or brown/red in it that would look like a boys childs top? out of all of my scraps - I don't have anything that will work.

Dee, We have been looking around for a bigger car. One that would pull our trailer (pop up) and room to take things to the dump and thrift stores. We saw a 1999 Toyota Sienna for $3,999.00. It was clean inside and out like new and road nicely. It had 149,000 miles on it. They must not have had kids or pets or smoked. We were really interested in it but wanted him to come down to the blue book price. It slipped through our fingers, someone else got it. I have to say it was nice, but maybe there is something better down the road. It was almost 20 years old. But those cars can go a long way. However If we were in an accident I think the insurance co. would only give us blue book price.
