If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Beautifully finished, Barbara. lt deserves to be a winner.

Dee, l don't envy you having to pack most of your sewing gear. When l move, next to kitchen items, mines it's the last thing packed & the first out, lol.

This combination of embroidery and fabrics looks very high end professional.  Are you a secret interior design person, Barbara?

So here is the pillow I finished it and entered it today at NZ 2017 Pillow Challenge.

Good luck, Dee, on the house inspection. Look forward to seeing photos of your Easter and elephant banners.

When do you head back home, Riana?

Spent most of the daylight hours repacking my sewing room, aka things I am not using at this very moment.  I may have made more of a mess I'm afraid  lol  Now I am stacking boxes against my design wall, but I have to reach that... hmmm .. maybe not such a good idea.  My table is much cleaner, so I can size the elephant wallhanging and add the borders, did the math and have got my final sizes.  Then it's spray baste and quilt, bind.  AND I am making a banner for Church for Easter .. and the fabric arrived Friday at work.  So I need table top to cut the background, and of course must do the interfacing/fusible thing for the other pieces.  Piece o'cake  hahaha

Still have not procured someone to do a home inspection .. what is the deal??  I know it's spring break, but hey, answering phone calls is primary to any 'business'.

<and it is going to be hard to work today>

Way to go, Linda & friends. The animals need something homey in their ( hopefully) temporary environment.

I'm binding my last 2 projects. The rest of my time here in Fla. will be spent top stitching Honor Flight quilts made by group members here at Water Oak.

Wish I had time. Have to finish the banner. Working on a prototype for customer and have to make 5. This weekend is the kennel quilt virtual retreat. Last weekend I got an order for a Civil War ballgown and a day dress...hopefully she gets her fabric to me soon since she wants them by Memorial Day weekend. She lives 30 minutes away and you have to consider a few fittings. She picked one of the harder patterns. Fortunately, I've made it before; but it's been a long time ago. Civil War patterns don't come with much in the line of instructions.

P.S. any one can jump into it. It will be over March 28th. It is judged by their judges not by voting.
