The Churn Dash pattern is a great beginner's quilt. Penny, you have taken it to a whole new level. Love your arrangement and sure understand why it won! Congratulations!
I made three Shoo Fly quilts when I first began. I didn't mean to make three, but really got into making those blocks! When I finally stopped making blocks and started putting them together, I had enough for 3 queen sized quilts! :)

Penny your quilt is stunning, I never liked the churn dash, the way it's normally done. The way you have arranged the blocks is absolutely lovely. Beautiful work.

Penny I love your churn dash quilt! I like all kinds of quilts, but I think white or cream with happy feminine colors, like yours are my favorite. Great job!
