Hey there girls...Im here. Sorry I've been MIA for so long. Still trying to find some time to get my puter fixed.  I've been pretty busy tho.  I hope you all like your fabrics...I got them all sent out on Monday. I would love to join in on the June swap but things are crazy right now getting ready for my trip to go see my kids.

You can tell summer is here...wow. I miss dropping in more often, I will try to do better I promise. Take care all and enjoy your fabrics.  hugs..Diana

Oh good!  I hope mine arrive today as well; I used a Priority Flat-Rate envelope so they shouldn't take long to get here.

Hey, just received my fabrics from the first swap with Dianna.  Love the fabrics and the colors.  Already trying to decide what to do with them.

Hi all - my fabrics from the first swap arrived today.  They are really pretty fabrics.  Thanks to everyone who participated.  I can't wait to figure out what to make with them!!!

Hello all, I just found out about this group.  I participated in the first swap hosted by Diana, but I haven't received my package yet - soon I hope!  I probably won't join in this June swap, but will wait until I find one with more interesting fabrics - I'm not crazy about patriotic fabrics.  However, i want to keep up on the information and see how things work.

After reading your last msg to me, thought I'd go ahead and join.  not sure if I'll be swapping on this one yet.  Will know by next week.

Hi Garnie,  Gotcha Ha.

Well just so you know the swap this month, and I think you are probably in plenty of time, is patriotic fabric.  Weren't you just talking about that?

Comment by QuilterBridget on June 5, 2011 at 3:24pm
That's funny, Patricia..."just buying fabric is patriotic"!  So true!

Hi Patricia-go to the June Fat Quarter SWAP in the discussion above to see the details for the swap. I got some nice 1/4's today at my LQS. Will be sending them off soon.

I'm hoping that you get more people in the swap.  I went to a quilt show in Conn. today and then to my favorite quilt shop.  I found some nice patriotic fabrics that I would love to ship out.  And Patricia C.  I got some for me too-of course.  After all who is going to support our quilt shops if we quilters don't.  Why just buying fabric is patriotic.  Right?

Anyway even if the fabric is swapped I'm likely to make something for NEXT year and not this one.  I'm a bit embarrassed by the number of WIPs I have (I'm optimistic calling them wips instead of ufo's.  But I know enough quilters to know that I am not alone.
