5" CHARM PACK SWAP ( SUMMER EDITION)

Guidelines
Send 6 5" x 5" fabric pieces ( charms) to each of 9 people in your group.
When you sign up you may indicate your preferences, however, it is senders choice what to send, any color, any theme.
Try to send 6 different charms to each person ( there has been some problems with to many duplicate fabrics in some packages)
Fabric can be washed or unwashed. Must be 100% cotton, not rough, thin, stiff, or see-through ( if you can see the fabric below the charm you have on top it is to thin). Please remember to give fabric you would use yourself.
Place charms in a zippered plastic bag and label whether they are washed or unwashed.
Affix a label with your name and address to the outside of the plastic bag ( The bag helps to protect the charms should the envelope rip open, the address label lets the PO know where to return them if the envelope does rip open)
Send me a message by June 23, either thriough a MQP private message or email me at mjaldrich@live.com with your name and address. Please do not post your address in the comments to this discussion. I will compose a mailing list of addresses for each group.
Charm packs must be received by the rest of your group by July 15th. Please allow plenty of time for the PO to deliver your charms. If you will be unable to meet the deadline, or have to drop out of the swap please notify me immediatly so I can try to fill your spot in the group.
There will be 10 spots per group. Additional groups will be added as needed.

Simply post a comment to this discussion with your fabric preferences and I will update the groups.
You may sign up for more than one group if you wish
Don't forget to send me your address.
Don't panic if the groups are not posted right away

One of my quilting friends - Melanie- and I were at Bible Study this aM and she gave me my charms. Thank you Mel. They are lovely and they go so nicely together.So many pretty charms. Think I will make a table mat from them. I will bring your charms to church Sunday morning.

Carol Olsen, I just received my goodies from you a few minutes ago. Thank you so much for the lovelies! Now, the only goodies I am missing is from Mary. I'm hoping they come in while I am out of town. I will only be gone 3 days total, I should be back on the third of July. Sooooo.... here's hoping! :: fingers crossed ::

Dianne, I sent all of mine out at the same time. If they were not there today they should come flitting through on Monday so you can come home to some charming mail!

christmas has been coming to my mailbox! Karen & Sheri, yours came in yesterday. Mary & Pat, yours came in today. Plus another swap I did was a needcase, so that one came in too! All are lovely!!

Sheri and Mary got your charms today great selection is coming in. Mary you did not have to add the extra I know things happen I really do not keep that close of track. I acknowledge the ones I receive and Really do not know who I am missing. You are a super Hostess and I hope you continue to host swaps. Thanks again for all your hard work

Thanks Mary..I am not worried..I am at my cottage so I only get my other house mail once a week so I know they will come...this swap is always fun! As a new quilter what a way to start a starter pile of variety!
