Presented my first QOV to a WWII veteran in May at the VFW in New Hampshire. There were approx 25 veterans receiving quilts that day. It was a great experience.

My husband's Uncle Edwin, a WWII pilot with the USAAF, with his QOV, made by me, and presented by his sons on the Fourth of July at a big family reunion.

Off to deliver four quilts to sailors returning from tours in Afghanistan.  As part of a Change of Command Ceremony at the Bremerton Naval Shipyard.  I feel very honored to be part of this!
