Linda's heading to Texas!

Any Texans among us? The quilt shop that won me in the AQS Win a Teacher raffle is in central Texas. While I am there, I can visit with some guilds. The airfare part of the travel expenses is covered, so there's a great opportunity for a guild or guilds. Never did a mystery quilt before. Not sure what to do or where to go for instructions.

@Debi...I did one small border on mine for that very reason.  Life has gotten in my way again and I am still trying to get to the binding.  The binding is in the same fabric as the border which also is a darker fabric that exists in the quilt.  I will get you a photo asap.

I am going to border and get my Block Buffet ready to quilt.  I have been so busy since we worked on this that I didn't get to finish it the way I wanted. Sandi, I would love to see how you finished yours off.  I am thinking of a small dark border and maybe a pieced outer border, but don't want to distract from the beauty of the quilt.

I finished the quilting today on my Block Buffet.  I am going to do the binding tomorrow.  Wish I could have made the contest but I am very happy that it will be done soon.  Picture when done.
