Our to-do list is long indeed. we'll get to it as soon as we can after June 1 and when we publish it, we'll post it on the www.modernquiltstudio.com site.

Hi Weeks,
I thoroughly enjoyed the installments of the a Modern Mystery Quilt and wanted to share it with our customers in a "mystery" format. When the pattern becomes available for purchase in June, will it be in the same framework as it appeared on the AQS website? Where can I purchase the pattern once it becomes available?

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to echo Charlie's correct information about the pattern given that Chris Brown has retired from AQS. Currently the intellectual rights for the pattern belong to AQS and may not be copied or distributed by anyone else. They revert to us in June but we cannot distribute copies of the pattern until then either. However, we have loads of other patterns, some in books and magazines, others free on our website. Don't forget that a host of "free" patterns are as close as your local library and inter-library loan. We'll hope that there will be more modern mystery quilts in our future and yours.

Amy, our mystery is solved, the quilts finished. The pattern is copy write-protected by Weeks Ringle and Bill Kerr. If you want to make it, they will sell you the pattern in June 2013. See their website, funquilts, for more info.

Looking good Laurinda.  Just stay focussed and it all comes together.

I have been admiring everyone's interpretation of the mystery quilt. I am slowly putting mine together and have decided  to quilt the panels in sections. Here is what it looks like at this juncture.
