Information
If you would like to join a 100% quality Quilt Store BATIK 2 1/2"WIDTH 44"-45".
Start by being friends of Chef Lisa and Carla Walton: you will send me 12- 2 1/2" strips of the same color family BATIK fabric and I will send back 12 of all different batiks. You must remember to send a return self addressed stamped envelope 9" x 6" with a quart ziploc bag.
GO TO USPS.COM TO GET THE CORRECT SHIPPING PRICES! If you go to the counter to get dated postage make sure you tell the clerk that the return envelope is for a different date.
12 strips plus SASE $2.41 postage
Just drop me an invite and I will get you on the lists. ITS SO FUN! Each group of 12 will be a different color family. We already have done blue, red, yellow, green, purple, pink, white, black, brown and orange.
CARLA WALTON is our Administrator for the Batik Strip Swap!
She will be handling the next groupings of colors please send the new color groups to her. I will be in cervical surgery and out of commission for couple of months.

o.k. girls, I have the ''my favorite color'' strips on their way to you!! and WOW, your favorite colors are really very nice!!!! after you all have them in hand we will get on here and each one of us will comment which fabric is ours.
with that all being said, I think we need to pick up the pace on the ''walk on the beach", spring flowers, and summer sunburn swaps. that charm swap is burning brightly but we've let this swap die down a bit. so come on ladies!!! I need three more of you to sign up for ''a walk on the beach!''

Yes you are Jackie. To check out the swap lists, you can go up to the 'pages' above. They are located under the member list. Click on the swap and you will see who is in it, how many spots left....etc. :)

let me see. hummm. rotisserie turkey breast done. rib eye steaks going...sautéed mushrooms check, grilled onions check, baked potatoes check, cotton charms #4 divided out,packaged and ready to go, check. and my favorite color strips swapped out and packaged up to go tomorrow too, check. laundry done and bad made , check. now maybe I can go sew a few lines. :)
