I like them, they look friendly.

I have mine traced and the fusibles cut out.  Now to find the fabric scraps and get them finished up.  I have a background I was going to use, but it is only two yards.  Think that will be enough?  One block looks like it could be pieced instead of a whole piece with the red fusible (block on bottom right corner).  I am only short the nine inches, which could end up being two blocks.  Should I find something else in the stash or chance the two yards?

i think 2 yards will be good. She said 2.25' but that HoHo block looks like strips are used. So they could be pieced for sure.

I dug around and found two charm packs of grunge. Yay! That will help with the colors on mine

I only had leftovers from my row by rows so I'm glad to have the charms

I have been having babies pop out all over the place this week, Doug's daughter had a little girl and WOOSH need another baby quilt. I have the fabric set aside for my block and pattern is printed.  I think my background is plenty, so going to trace this afternoon on a window .. had a thought about borrowing a light box I had helped a friend buy, but she's using it this week. Today is cold and dreary and a filing kind of day, so I have done my 'chores' ..  now to play in MY room :)

I have mine traced but not sure what fabric I’ll use!

My Florida Gnomes with their shades on!

So cute!

Ok Chef, tell me about your trees. Is that variegated thread around them or piping or what? Very cool looking and the gnomes are so cute.

King Tut variegated thread. Thanks. My gnomes are in their Hawaiian shirts and I used Angelina fibers melted for their shades it will be interesting when I stitch them down they are so small. I’m going for a warm climate scene.

How inventive!  Love it!

I found shells for my tree tops I was looking for sand dollars or starfish but can’t seem to find them in my stash. I haven’t bought any fabric plans are to keep with my stash.
