Permalink Reply by Lora Frisch on July 30, 2012 at 2:47pm missed the doll making one, but I've saved so many freebies on that topic plus I subscribe to Soft Dolls & Animals.
Permalink Reply by the rogue quilter on July 30, 2012 at 3:53pm Rogue, looks like you're starting a long list of "to reads". I have a batch of saved needlework "ideas" & such on my file. I looked the other day & found that the list went on&on. Now I've decided to spend 15 min.(or so) at least each evening when chores done to read, then delete or take short notes. The info's no good if we never access it & use it:)

Permalink Reply by Lora Frisch on July 31, 2012 at 6:17pm Sounds like an interesting link. I've read some books by Sergei Dovlatov in translation. He was an immigrant driven from the Soviet Union and sadly drank himself to death in this country. A very witty writer.
