Rose I did a search online and it showed that the person just used the characters from the Jazz Attack pattern.  This is what she said . 

Jazz Attack II

This is the second quilt I have made using the Jazz Attack pattern. The first one, made in 2007, had all the musicians in separate blocks. This one, using my new-found ultimate fusible quilting friend - A TEFLON PRESSING SHEET - allowed me to scatter the musicians. I love the look. Oh, and this one was donated to the Madison East High School Music Programs fundraising effort, too! Our youngest is graduating this year so this will be it for the quilts! Except, of course, making one for the Band Director and the Orchestra Director! When? I don't know!!!
