Great question - should we create a Forum area where everyone can share their favorite books - all genres, not just quilting?
I'd love it! I'm always looking for great suggestions. I'd join. I just finished "A Rather Curious Engagment" by C.A. Belmond which is a mystery based in London and French Riveria. It is the second in a trilogy but you do not have to read the first book to enjoy this one. It is about a young woman Penny Nichols and her boyfriend Jeremy Laidley and a search for a mysterious antique. Compelling fun read! Great for the beach!
i am finishing up reading the Scarlet Pimpernel series, written at the beginning of the 1900s. fascinating. a bit of whimsy, some romance, a little drama, a touch of history, & just plain interesting.
