Patchwork Christmas in July block swap.  Patchwork or paper piecing, no applique or embroidery involved except for decoration purposes.   You choose the pattern you want to use, just make sure the fabric is Christmas prints. Blocks will need to be mailed to me by July 1st.

Each participant will need to make 12 blocks.  The blocks need to be 12 1/2" x 12 1/2".   Keep one for yourself and mail the others to me with a self addressed stamped envelope to receive your return blocks.  There is no limit to the number of participants as long as you get your blocks to me by July 1st. When you send in your 11 blocks, you will get back 11 blocks.  You may not get one from each participant, but you will get back 11 different blocks.

Those blocks are showing as yellow but they aren't. They are more of a parchment color.

Pretty block, Carla.

Thank you Jean

very pretty Carla

Kathy,  my cousin Kenya Hampton wants to join. She will get on here as soon as she is able to let you know.

Beautiful blocks ladies.  Has anyone else started theirs?  If so, post some pictures, we love to see what you are doing.

I have half of mine done. Each one is a bit different.

I'm loving the pictures of the blocks done so far.  I think I'd like to join if it's not too late.  Hi, Beth and Connie.

Ladies, I can't believe how quickly some of you are getting your blocks done already.  If you get your blocks done sooner than the deadline and want to mail them in, let me know.  I will get them sent out as soon as I receive blocks from everyone.  Who knows, we might get them all before July 1 at this rate.  Delphine's will take a little longer since they are coming from Down Under, but I don't know if we have anyone else from outside the U.S.  This should be fun and thanks to everyone who is joining us on this.

Kathy I sent you a friend request so you can send me a message with your mailing address. :)

I'm not done but it won't take long. Here are the ones i have so far. I spent yesterday running around getting ready for my parents 66 anniversary party that I'm throwing for them. There will be about 35 family members there. Pretty excited. I have to run and get grandkids stuff today then clean house then I can see some more. Lol.
