John Grisham
I think I've read every book that he's wrote. My favorite is "The Appeal". He is a lawyer and he writes about what he knows best. Highly recommend "The Appeal".

John actually lives here in my community. It's a small wide spot in the road called Covesville, VA right outside of Charlottesville, VA. He built and paid for a Little League field here for the kids to play baseball at. He's quite a nice guy, have run into him a couple of times and he always smiles and says hi. Same for Sissy Spacek, she lives here in Charlottesville and she's equally as nice!

how cool.......I like his earlier books better, but he is a must read when his books come out--one of the 3 authors I will spring for the hardback of his novels---tom clancy and Anne/todd maccaffrey are the other two.....

Don't read much Tom Clancy, have read Anne's books. The last books I got crazy about was the "Hunger Games" series. Am currently reading Wild on my Kindle, and listening to "The Stand" again in the car. The Stand was one of my favorite Stephen King books and I love listening in the car while driving to work and back. I've also been known to sit in the garage and listen to a book. I have an I phone and download books through Audibles.com. It's better than the music on the radio!
