These are three authors that I have also enjoyed reading.  All three write mysteries around quilting or knitting themes.  Easy reads, and good story lines.

I prefer not to read books with profanities in them, so these to me are pretty decent books!

Emily Richards is also another good "quilt theme" books.  There are many more out there, but if I read one and have to "overlook" the profanity I don't buy more of their books.  Too many good ones out there that do not use that style of writing and working in the "real world" I have enough language I do not approve of hearing!

Hello Carol,

I can't agree more with profanities in books, why on earth is it needed? it certainly ruins a book for me!

I enjoy Earlen Fowlers books and have read a few by Monica Ferris, also enoyable reads. How many by Earlene Fowler have you managed to read? I think I have only read about half of them, she has written so many!!!

Anna

I think I may have read all of the Bennie Harper books plus a few others.  There is one author that writes quilting mysteries but uses profanities so I no longer read her work.

I think my favorite is Marie Bostwick but I like the ones I mentioned also!

There are just so many good ones that why spend money for writers that use inappropriate language!
