Hi all. A newbie here, but not to quilting. I enjoy all facets of the craft, but really enjoy making little quilts. I just sent off 3 to AAQI last week. Looking forward to being here.

Welcome Gladie, you should enjoy it here, there is a whole bunch of quilters who do little and mini quilts..they might even have a group for you to join, I don't know, I have never tried making one. No doubt one of them will poke their head in and say hi before long. We'd love to see some pics of your work. I'm totally fascinated by mini quilts but have no idea what you do with them after they are made, wall hangings, placemats and tote bags fall into that same area for me.. lovely, but really, what do you do with all of them when they are all done? One of lifes great mysteries for me. Enjoy, glad to see you here.

Thanks for the welcome viki! And yes I have found the miniature groups (2) and have posted some mini's there already. My little ones turn into wall hangings or little table mats--wonderful for a candle mat. Also good for framing.
